The Opportunity

The Senior Sales Operations Analyst is a high-impact, strategic role responsible for driving data-informed decision-making, optimizing enterprise-wide sales and business processes, and leading advanced analytics initiatives. This position requires deep expertise in data modeling, predictive analytics, visualization, and cross-functional collaboration to support Sales Leadership and key business stakeholders.

This individual plays a key role in guiding business strategy, delivering executive-level insights, supporting incentive programs, and providing high-quality analysis through platforms such as Power BI and Microsoft Dynamics 365. Experience in the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, and Construction) industry is highly preferred.

What You'll Do

Strategic Data Analysis and Reporting

• Design and deliver comprehensive, executive-level dashboards and reports using Power BI and other BI tools.
• Leverage predictive and prescriptive analytics to uncover trends, optimize sales strategies, and drive enterprise decisions.
• Create compelling, dynamic visualizations for senior leadership and board-level presentations.
• Monitor and report on critical business metrics such as pipeline health, sales velocity, revenue trends, and ROI.

Additional Opportunity Details :

Target Base Compensation Range for this role is $108,000 - $146,000

This position will be posted for a minimum of 3 days and will continue to be posted for an average of 60 days until a qualified applicant is selected or the position has been cancelled.
