Pat Gallagher’s Hospitality Group is home to some of the Northshore’s most celebrated restaurants, known for white-tablecloth dining, fresh Gulf seafood, and true Southern hospitality. We are seeking friendly, professional, and attentive Servers to join our front-of-house team. This role is ideal for hospitality professionals who are passionate about creating memorable dining experiences and thrive in a fast-paced, high-end restaurant environment.

Multiple locations are available within our group, offering opportunities to match your skills with the right concept and team.

Responsibilities

Provide warm, professional, and attentive service to all guests

Guide guests through menus, answer questions, and make recommendations

Accurately take and enter orders, ensuring timing and presentation standards are met

Deliver food and beverages with precision and attention to detail

Handle guest concerns and resolve issues with professionalism and care

Maintain cleanliness, organization, and readiness of dining areas

Collaborate with front-of-house and back-of-house teams for seamless service

Qualifications

Previous serving experience in fine dining or upscale restaurants preferred

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to multitask and remain professional in a high-volume environment

Knowledge of food, wine, and cocktails a plus

A passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction

Must meet all state and local requirements for alcohol service (where applicable)
