job_description.job_card.job_descriptionHigh school diploma or equivalent Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn Ability to follow detailed instructions and work safely Basic computer skills Independently perform calibrations, repairs, and equipment testing Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues Maintain accurate records and complete job documentation Support training and mentoring of Level I technicians 2+ years of relevant technical experience or equivalent training Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail Knowledge of calibration tools and electronic / mechanical systems Ability to work independently and as part of a team Lead complex calibrations, repairs, and troubleshooting for specialized equipment Manage onsite projects and communicate status to customers and management Mentor junior technicians and provide technical guidance Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards Assist with process improvements and technical training programs 4+ years of technical experience in calibration, repair, or related fields Advanced knowledge of test equipment and industry standards Strong leadership and communication skills Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance Health Savings Account (HSA) with Employer Contribution 401(k) Plan with Company Match Paid Time Off including Vacation, Sick, Birthday, and Holiday Pay Employer-Paid Life Insurance Career Advancement through our technician progression levels. \n TRAVEL INCENTIVES : Meal Subsistence All travel expenses fully covered by JM Test Systems
