• Required Procedures : - Conventional & 3D Radiotherapy - External Beam Radiation : IMRT, IGRT & 3D-CRT - Stereotactic Body Radiation Therapy (SBRT) - Stereotactic Radiosurgery - Photon Beam Radiation Therapy - Fractionated Stereotactic Radiotherapy
• Trauma Level : II
• EMR : Aria
• Other Info : All physicians submitted to a locum to perm position will be required to sign an attestation form verifying they are looking for a permanent position.
