Administer medications and perform therapeutic interventions per physician orders. Maintain accurate and timely documentation. Promote evidence-based practices and patient-centered care. Active NJ RN License or Compact License ASN required; BSN preferred BLS (AHA) , Telemetry , NIHSS , and Stroke CEU (4 hours) required Minimum 2 years of recent Med Surg / Telemetry experience in an acute care hospital Strong ability to manage patient load and prioritize care in a high-acuity setting Evaluate, plan, and coordinate patient care. Monitor telemetry and manage non-titratable cardiac drips. Document patient status and care provided accurately and efficiently. Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams. Provide safe, compassionate, and high-quality care. Active NJ RN License or Compact License ASN required; BSN preferred BLS (AHA) , Telemetry , and ACLS required 2–4+ years of Med Surg / Telemetry experience in a major acute care facility Experience with non-titratable cardiac drips and cardiac medications $46–$53 / hr (based on experience & shift) Comprehensive support from a trusted staffing partner Opportunity to work in reputable New Jersey health systems

The Registered Nurse (RN) provides professional nursing care to patients in a fast-paced Med Surg / Telemetry unit. The RN plans, implements, and documents care based on individual patient needs and collaborates with the interdisciplinary team to ensure high-quality outcomes.
