Accounting Manager

A company is looking for an Accounting Manager who will oversee client accounting services and lead project teams.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee and execute daily accounting and finance responsibilities, including core functions like AR, AP, and month-end close

Analyze and develop financial and operational infrastructure for clients while managing project deliverables

Create monthly reporting packages, cash flow forecasts, and documentation of key processes and controls

Required Qualifications

Minimum 5+ years of experience in accounting and finance

Prior consulting experience managing multiple client service teams and relationships

Bachelor's degree in a business-related field, preferably accounting or finance

Familiarity with GAAP concepts and mastery of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

Proven track record of improving financial and operational processes, preferably with growth-stage companies
