• Core Responsibilities of the Pediatrician :
• Provide comprehensive outpatient pediatric care including well-child exams, sick visits, immunizations, and developmental screenings
• Diagnose and manage common acute and chronic pediatric conditions
• Educate families on preventive care, growth milestones, and behavioral / developmental health
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including behavioral health, case management, and nursing staff
• Maintain accurate documentation in the EMR system
• Participate in care team meetings, quality improvement programs, and performance initiatives
• Compensation & Incentives for Pediatrician :
• Total Annualized Compensation Up to : $418,000+, including :
• Base Salary :
• Up to $250,000 DOE
• Board Certification Bonus :
• $25,000 (annualized)
• 2-Year Commitment Retention Bonus - $100,000 :
• $50,000 in
• Year 1
• $50,000 in
• Year 2
• Productivity Bonus :
• Up to $66,000 / year
• Based on $25 / patient seen beyond 8 / day (assuming average of 20 / day)
• Quality Performance Bonus :
• Up to $21,000 / year ($1,750 / month)
• Patient Satisfaction Bonus :
• $6,000 / year ($500 / month)

• $10,000 (one-time)
