Sales Enablement strategically sits within Visa's Global Sales & Commercial Operations (GSCO) and focuses on ensuring our sales teams are enabled optimally. To this end, we champion creating, delivering, and driving impactful sales initiatives through knowledge and training to empower sellers to sell, sell, sell. The Sales Enablement Content and Platform Manager role will focus on owning and supporting activities around content strategy and optimization, standardizing metrics, actionable insights, seller engagement, content governance, Search and reach, actively collaborating with our cross-functional partners.

The Manager will also lend thought leadership and support in understanding and solutioning for the unique challenges around content discovery, delivering personalized seller experiences, standardization of content practices, intentional enablement with agentic AI, and use case expansion. The position requires a professional with a broad, well-rounded set of skills, a penchant for solutioning, natural curiosity with a bias for action, strong sense of ownership and commitment, and demonstrated ability to learn on the go, be flexible, take initiative, communicate effectively, challenge the status quo constructively, and be highly collaborative to deliver in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment.

The ideal candidate will have :

  • Significant experience with content management systems, managing knowledge platforms (Highspot, Seismic, etc.), optimizing content processes, designing engaging content pages
  • Deep understanding of content processes and the ability to quickly learn, understand, and judiciously implement standards and governance to drive content effectiveness
  • Strong content effectiveness measurement strategies, key performance indicators, and translating insights into recommended actions
  • Intuitive ability to tailor platform and content experiences to best enable target audience
  • Familiarity with content optimization initiatives, methodologies, best practices, market standards and benchmarks, data-driven storytelling, impact narratives
  • Good working knowledge of AI and leveraging across content discovery and delivery
  • Excellent interpersonal skills in cross-functional partnership, effective communication, extensive collaboration, and as a team player
  • Experience leveraging market-leading content platforms with experience of AI use
  • Ability to problem-solve proactively and creatively while being able to adapt and work around evolving needs, priorities, and deadlines
  • Discipline in being organized, planning and prioritizing across multiple projects with minimal oversee, driving impact independently
  • Commitment to optimize knowledge management processes and practices

This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in the office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications :

  • 5 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD
  • Preferred Qualifications :

  • 6 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or 4 or more years of relevant experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or up to 3 years of relevant experience with a PhD
  • Preferred Areas of focus : Knowledge Management, Content Management & Governance, Seller Enablement
  • A knowledge management professional with proven experience (5+ years) in sales enablement, preferably for a world-class sales organization
  • Experience leveraging content management platforms
  • Proficient in content management, governance, and optimization
  • Knowledge of Design Thinking methods and user-centricity for collaborative solutioning
  • Experience solutioning with AI
  • Ability to comprehend complex business asks and solution consultatively
  • Strong presence and intrapersonal behaviors
  • Adept at active listening, interpersonal communication, strong team player
  • Additional Information

    Work Hours : Varies upon the needs of the department.

    Travel Requirements : This position requires travel5-10% of the time.

    Mental / Physical Requirements : This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

    U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY : The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 134,600.00 to 195,150.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity. Visa has a comprehensive benefits package for which this position may be eligible that includes Medical, Dental, Vision, 401 (k), FSA / HSA, Life Insurance, Paid Time Off, and Wellness Program.
