Job Description :

We are looking for a Solutions / Sales Engineer to serve as the technical partner for our sales team, translating complex technology into solutions that meet customer needs. This role involves engaging with clients to uncover requirements, designing tailored approaches, and guiding successful adoption of our products and platforms, including API-based tools.

The ideal candidate has a strong technical foundation, excellent communication skills, and the ability to clearly convey technical concepts to a diverse audience.

Key Responsibilities :

• Support the sales process by providing technical guidance and expertise on products and platform capabilities.
• Gather and analyze customer requirements to inform solution recommendations.
• Develop customized solutions that align with client needs and technical best practices.
• Present solutions through demonstrations and discussions that highlight their benefits.
• Resolve technical questions and provide recommendations throughout the sales process.
• Work closely with delivery teams to ensure solutions are implemented effectively.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
