Taylor Brook Dental Associates, P.A. is a respected, patient-focused restorative group practice proudly serving the Auburn and Lewiston communities. We are seeking a dedicated, detail-oriented, and people-loving Patient Scheduler to join our exceptional front office team.

Your Daily Impact
Greet, check in, and check out patients—making every visit feel welcoming and seamless.Manage and fill the hygiene and doctor schedules to keep the practice running smoothly.Reconcile daily accounts with accuracy and attention to detail.Answer multi-line phones, respond to emails and texts, and assist with patient inquiries.Perform essential administrative duties such as scanning, filing, and photocopying.What We’re Looking For
High school diploma or GED required.Prior dental office experience preferred (knowledge of dental terminology a plus).Strong administrative and organizational skills.Excellent phone etiquette and professional communication style.A genuine commitment to teamwork and patient care.Why You’ll Love Working Here
