Intermediate Proxy Administrator

SOS International, LLC (SOSi) is currently seeking an experienced Intermediate Proxy Administrator in Fort Huachuca, AZ . The ideal candidate will possess experience in providing excellent customer support and cutting-edge services to the RCC-C and its customers.

Responsibilities

• Build, configure, deploy, and migrate Blue Coat Proxy devices.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and isolate network protocol issues, hardware / software problems using various network tools.
• Perform full end-to-end traffic analysis.
• Coordinate Domain Name Service (DNS) entries with other teams.
• Manage Access Control Lists (ACLs).
• Research and identify means for detection of malicious activity targeting Army web resources.
• Provide recommendations for rapid restoration of services.
• Communicate effectively within a team and in writing.
• Operate independently with minimal supervision.
• Follow Tech Tips and Procedures (TTP) documentation.
• Participate in an on-call rotation.
• Be proactive in problem-solving and assisting others.
