About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Mental Health Therapist licensed in the state of Florida to join our growing team as a full-time employee. This is a fully remote, exempt / salary position that offers stability, comprehensive benefits, and a supportive work environment where you can focus on providing exceptional care. As a remote therapist, you will provide virtual therapy services to clients, helping them navigate their mental health journeys while delivering high-quality care and making a positive impact on the lives of those we serve.

What You'll Do

• Provide individual counseling and support services to clients via secure videoconferencing on our telehealth platform.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on comprehensive assessments, monitoring patient progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
• Utilize evidence-based practices to address a variety of mental health conditions.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with company policies and regulations.
• Collaborate with our team of healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care for clients.
• Foster a supportive and trusting therapeutic relationship with clients through effective communication and empathy.
• Educate clients about mental health issues, coping strategies, and self-care practices.
• Encourage active participation in treatment goals and empower clients to take ownership of their mental health journey.
