Key Responsibilities
Answer customer inquiries via phone, chat, and other electronic methods
Assist customers with complaints, billing inquiries, and product information
Utilize computer technology to manage a high volume of calls and compile reports
Required Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience
Must be at least 18 years old
A stable history of employment
Must be able to work full time, 40 hours a week
Must reside within an approved state and have a suitable work environment
