Created due to our recent growth, as a Benefits Application Specialist, you will champion customer outcomes by following through with completing the application submission process for the medical plans that individuals have selected on the individual health insurance market. Qualities specific to you :

Individual must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for immigration support or sponsorship from Milliman now or in the future.

Location

This role is based out of the Milliman Omaha office, but candidates can work remotely anywhere in the US. The expected application deadline for this job is September 30, 2025.

Compensation

The hourly range is $15 - $25, depending on relevant factors, including but not limited to education, work experience, qualifications, skills, certifications, location, etc. This role has production incentives. There are two main tasks :

Production Incentives For each fully completed and documented booking you will earn $40. For applications, we have a sliding scale of pay per application. See below for details.
