Overview
As an IVR Chatbot Developer (Genesys focus), you will make an impact by designing and implementing intuitive self-service solutions that enhance customer experience and reduce the need for live assistance. You will be a valued member of the Customer Experience Technology team and work collaboratively with product managers, architects, and cross-functional teams.

The annual salary for this position is between $83,000 – $130,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
