A company is looking for a Senior Claims Data Analyst to enhance the efficiency and scalability of claims operations through advanced analytics and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with claims operations teams to understand analytics needs and drive efficiency
Extract, manipulate, and analyze large datasets using SQL or similar languages to identify trends and root causes
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau or Power BI to inform operational improvements
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
5 years of experience in data analytics, preferably in healthcare or insurance claims operations
Proficiency in SQL and strong skills in Python or R for data analysis
Experience in building interactive dashboards using Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent tools
Familiarity with data warehousing and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Snowflake)
