We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our team on a Contract-to-Permanent basis in Long Beach, California. This role is essential in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in bookkeeping, preferably with expertise in Deltek Vision, and demonstrate a strong ability to manage multiple financial tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities :

• Manage and maintain financial systems, including Deltek Vision, ensuring accurate and organized financial data.
• Prepare and deliver financial reports to support strategic decision-making processes.
• Oversee accounts receivable functions, including client invoicing, payment collection, and reconciliation.
• Handle accounts payable processes, including invoice management, vendor payments, and expense tracking.
• Conduct monthly bank reconciliations and promptly resolve any discrepancies.
• Process payroll efficiently using ADP systems and ensure compliance with payroll regulations.
• Assist in budget preparation, forecasting, and conducting periodic financial reviews.
• Ensure financial records comply with company policies and relevant regulations.
• Provide administrative and financial support to other departments as needed.
• Monitor billing operations and ensure timely and accurate invoicing.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or financial management.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and reconciliation processes.
• Advanced proficiency in Deltek Vision and Microsoft Excel.
• Exceptional organizational skills and high attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• Proven expertise in accounts receivable, accounts payable, and payroll processes.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
