Position Purpose
We are seeking a skilled Engineer II to handle complex maintenance tasks and support the smooth operation of hotel facilities. This role requires experience with multiple building systems and the ability to work independently while collaborating with the engineering team.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform advanced troubleshooting and repair of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
- Assist in preventive maintenance programs and inspections.
- Respond efficiently to urgent maintenance requests to minimize guest impact.
- Maintain accurate records of repairs, work orders, and inventory.
- Mentor and guide Engineer I team members as needed.
