Position Summary :
The Program Manager, Value Analysis will lead the establishment and ongoing facilitation of system wide Clinical Quality Value Analysis processes and structures to drive sustainable and significant savings while aligning with system objectives and strategic goals. The Program Manager, Value Analysis will maintain expert clinical knowledge to create optimization of patient care, patient safety, caregiver safety, physician satisfaction, and supply chain performance through the oversight of the technology review, evaluation, selection, and implementation process. Proven success executing project timelines, documenting decision-making results, and facilitating preparation of needed analytics is crucial. The position will serve as liaison between clinical and non-clinical stakeholders as well as senior leaders to communicate and present analysis and reporting on various key results to measure the success of the decisions reached utilizing value analysis processes. The Program Manager, Value Analysis will create and lead high-performing multidisciplinary teams in supply standardization, various value analysis committees, and clinical cost savings initiatives resulting in the selection of the highest-valued supplies and services to be used in fulfilling The Guthrie Clinic's patient care mission.
Education, License & Certification
Bachelors or Masters' Degree in Nursing required; Master's Degree, or in pursuit, strongly preferred. Current RN license in good standing in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania or obtain within three months of employment required.
Experience :
Minimum of 5 years of clinical nurse experience required. Minimum of 3 years of nurse leader experience required. Project management experience preferred. Ability to navigate within a complex environment with multiple projects and priorities required. Previous role in nursing staff education required.
