Physical Therapist - Skilled - (PT - Skilled)

Available Shifts : 8 D

Pay Rate : $2067.00 - $2150.00

PT- Skilled needed ASAP

Responsibilities :

Evaluate and assess patients' physical condition and needs

Develop individualized treatment plans to improve mobility, reduce pain, and restore function

Implement therapeutic exercises and modalities to achieve treatment goals

Document patient progress and outcomes accurately

Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to provide holistic care

Requirements :

Valid license to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of California

Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
