About the Team

VIZIO's legal team is seeking an experienced and motivated licensed attorney with experience in app and / or content licensing transactions to join our growing Platform+ Legal team. As Counsel, you will be reporting to VIZIO's Director, Content Licensing and Media Transactions Counsel and working closely with other attorneys supporting VIZIO's Platform+ business. You will embark on a fantastic opportunity to join a growing and dynamic team within a fast-paced environment.

What You Will Do

• Review, draft and negotiate a variety of agreements, with a particular focus on app and content licensing, and will advise on a variety of deals with content providers, media / entertainment companies, and streaming services.
• You will evaluate and advise on issues from legal and business perspectives with a practical, business-oriented approach to problem-solving and handle complex business and legal issues in a fast-paced, agile, and evolving technology-driven business environment.
• Support strategic initiatives, including cutting-edge technology and regulatory support.

For California-based employment : The minimum salary for this position is $177,000 / year. The maximum salary for this position $209,000 / year. In addition to base salary, t he compensation package also includes eligibility for an annual bonus, as well as equity and a range of medical, dental, vision and other benefits.
