AHF Products has a job opportunity for a Tilt Operator on 2nd. Shift to be located in West Plains, MO. This position operates tilt lift machine to keep lumber supplied to two production lines.

JOB DUTIES :

• Records pack footage, grade, lot number and date by ticket number on summary sheet.
• Operates tilt machine to direct lumber to two production lines while releasing stacking sticks from between layers of lumber.
• Places stacking sticks into storage cart and places banding material around completed cart of sticks using banding tools.
• Scan in pack / ticket information in to the M3 software program; ensuring correct specie, footage and ticket number.
• Reconcile all pack transactions with kiln lift driver to ensure all packs are accounted for.
• Check moisture content of the top, middle and bottom of each pack and enter information into database.
• Ensure lumber is uniformly delivered to each Planer infeed conveyor.
• Operate and monitor stick unscrambler and accumulating bin.
• Assist Planer operator as needed.
• Performs routine maintenance and cleaning tasks on infeed, tilt hoist, stick belt and landing decks.
• Perform any other duties assigned.
