Mailroom Support

Indianapolis IN 46250 (Onsite)

1 Month Contract

Responsibilities :

Support mailroom activities, including receiving and distributing mail across offices twice per day.

Deliver and pick up outgoing mail shipments.

Perform scanning and receiving tasks in a mailroom environment.

Support copy and print facilities, maintaining equipment, clearing jams, and keeping paper supply stocked.

Work in the print shop performing duties such as finishing, cutting with hydraulic cutters, binding, making booklets, folding, and kitting.

Prepare kits for shipment to various Kroger stores across the state.

Utilize computer skills for scanning, naming files, and saving files.

Requirements :

Requires high school diploma, GED, or 1 2 years of experience (or equivalent) in a related field.

Some related copy job experience is preferred.

May require valid driver s license and minimum levels of auto insurance coverage per Ricoh policy.

Good PC skills

Good organizational skills and ability to prioritize

Mathematical and filing skills

Ability to use office machines and technical equipment

Physical Demands :

Typically, an office environment with adequate lighting and ventilation, normal temperature and noise levels

Work assignments are diversified; interpret, comprehend, and apply complex material, data, and instructions

Some physical effort required : long periods of standing, walking, bending, reaching, stretching, climbing

Lift / move items weighing up to 50 55 lbs; push / pull machines on wheels up to 700 lbs for repairs

Walking between buildings may be necessary

Moderate dexterity required : use of basic skills (calculator, keyboard, hand tools, eye / hand coordination)
