Overview
Seeks an experienced professional to participate in planning and execution of data cleansing and data migration initiatives and concurrently participate in development of data models, data stack architecture, technical implementation and other critical functions of data management that will enable evidence based Child Welfare Practice at Client Location.
Responsibilities
- Support and participation in identification and management of data-related issues, risks, and gaps; document source and target-state data architectures for applications and cloud-based data analytic platforms; participate in data pipeline design and implementation.
- Develop subject matter expertise in business drivers, semantic meaning, and business practice when providing data management services.
- Design and development of ETL architecture and technical work packages.
- Deliver on measurable improvements of data quality metrics.
- Entity relationship diagrams, business vocabulary, data dictionary, multi-dimensional models, semantic models.
- Data mapping specifications for migration from large legacy databases to a new case management application, including entity relationship diagrams, database schema, data dictionary, transformation lineage, and semantic models.
- Data set catalog planning and implementation.
- Provisioning and managing metadata in the data stack.
- Identifying business rules for complex metrics and coding calculations for those metrics.
- Semantic model design and development with time series, hierarchical / drill-down views for child welfare metrics.
Qualifications
Eight (8) years of experience with multidimensional model database design, ETL design and development.Eight (8) years of experience with data quality and master data management integration.Eight (8) years of experience with ERDs, business vocabulary, data dictionary and database schema mapping.Eight (8) years of data analytic implementation projects.Three (3) years of experience with cloud-based data stack tools and platforms.Excellent English-speaking and written communication skills, and knowledge transfer abilities.Preferred Qualifications
Experience in Child Welfare data modeling, case management, and analytics.Experience with data quality and data exchange components of federal requirements for Child Welfare management systems.Prior CCWIS experience.Ability to communicate effectively and build positive, productive rapport with team members.About our Company
