Position : Entry-Level Debt Relief Specialist

Location : Boca Raton, FL (on-site)

Shift Hours : Monday to Friday, 10 : 00 AM – 7 : 00 PM

Key Responsibilities :

  • Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and accuracy
  • Qualify clients by gathering detailed debt and business-related information
  • Build strong, trust-based relationships with prospective clients
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve daily transfer goals and improve performance metrics
  • Maintain accurate records and uphold the highest standards of customer service

Requirements :

  • Fluent in English with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Reliable, punctual, and committed to working in a team-oriented environment
  • Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced, office-based setting
  • Comfortable using basic computer systems and sales tools
  • Motivated by performance-based bonuses and growth opportunities

    • Compensation & Benefits :

  • Base pay : $520 per week
  • Per transfer bonuses : $30–$150 per qualifying transfer
  • Daily bonuses :

    • 2 transfers = additional $50

  • 3 transfers = additional $100
  • Extra incentives :

    • Daily spiffs

  • Weekly and monthly bonuses
