In this role, the Agent in Training will develop new client relationships, provide tailored insurance solutions, and drive sales across multiple product lines. Responsibilities

• Build and manage a portfolio of clients through prospecting, networking, referrals, and community involvement
• Consult with clients to assess their needs and recommend the best coverage options across Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial insurance
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets by generating new business and cross-selling to existing clients
• Deliver exceptional service to maintain strong client relationships and ensure policy renewals
• Stay informed on industry trends, product offerings, and compliance requirements
