CPA Licensed Accounting Director

A company is looking for a Director of Accounting with Japanese and English language skills.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead the preparation of the consolidated financial statements package

Supervise monthly, quarterly, and annual closing operations of the U.S. subsidiary in accordance with US GAAP

Prepare and submit consolidated financial reporting package to the parent company, including reconciliation adjustments to J-GAAP

Required Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance

Knowledge of Japanese Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (J-GAAP) and U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (US GAAP)

Over 7 years of practical experience in accounting and finance

Practical experience in consolidated financial statements

Experience using accounting / ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics)
