Customer Service Representative
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join the team at our Hauling site in Shreveport, LA.
The schedule is Monday - Friday 7 : 30 a.m.-4 : 00 p.m.
Pay Range : $18-19 / hr., weekly pay.
Benefits, 401k match $1 per $1, vacation, and year-round work.
Job Responsibilities :
- Work closely with other departments to resolve customer disputes & demonstrate the ability to become proficient in the use of proprietary operational systems.
- Assist customers by phone and in person to receive orders for installation, turn on, discontinuance, or change in service.
- Fills out contract forms, determines charges for service requested, collects deposits, prepares change of address records and issues discontinuance orders.
- Answer incoming calls and assist with billing related questions or account support
- Manage collections through phone calls, email campaigns
Requirements :
2- years of Customer Service experience in a high call volume atmosphereExperience with MS Word, Excel, and Email preferred. Typing and 10-key skills are requiredExcellent organization and communication skillsAbility to analyze and solve problems.
