Position Purpose
This role processes and prepares multi-specialty and general surgery instrumentation, provides quality sterile trays, surgical instruments, packs, and medical supplies, and cleans patient equipment for a department operating 24 / 7.
Nature and Scope
This position provides vital services to the Surgical Services Department and other clinical departments, ensuring proper cleaning, assembly, sterilization, and decontamination of instruments and supplies. It involves handling potentially hazardous materials, maintaining equipment, and ensuring sterility and safety standards are met. The role requires continuous learning of new instruments and procedures, and effective communication with vendors and staff.

Minimum Qualifications
Education :
Working knowledge of English (reading, writing, speaking)
Experience :
At least one year in Sterile Processing or related medical field (preferred)
