Lead Restoration Technician

Job Title

Immediate full-time position available for the right candidate. We are seeking an energetic, responsible person to help service our customers.

At DRYOUTPRO PLUS we specialize in water damage restoration, fire damage restoration, mold remediation & biohazard cleanup. We provide 24 / 7 emergency response service to the Treasure Coast & Palm Beaches. Services include water extraction, fire & smoke damage mitigation, contents, mold remediation.

Pay based on experience, quality, and performance.

Qualifications

• IICRC certification
• Experience in cleaning / restoration
• Valid and insurable FL Driver's License
• High school diploma / GED
• Positive attitude
• Team player
• Neat appearance
• Pass background check & drug screening
• Desire to help others
• Outstanding customer service
• Good communication skills
• Interest in learning new skills
• High energy / motivation
• Willingness to participate in the on call rotation - able to work flexible hours when on call. Flexibility / versatility / resourcefulness a must!
• Working well with handheld mobile devices and software (i.e. Google Calendar, job tracking software)

Language Skills

Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.

Mathematical Skills

Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.

Reasoning Ability

Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
