Intellectual Property Counsel

A company is looking for an Intellectual Property Counsel to join its legal team.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and oversee intellectual property litigation, focusing on defensive matters

Develop and implement litigation strategies in coordination with outside counsel

Handle all aspects of IP litigation, including discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation

Qualifications

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school

Admission to at least one U.S. state bar; eligibility to practice in-house

6+ years of experience in intellectual property litigation and prosecution

Strong background in general litigation

Experience managing outside counsel and litigation budgets
