Location : Pittsfield, MA 01201

Duration : 3+ months contract (Possible extension )

Education : Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Human Resources, Administration, Business, or related field, or 3+ years equivalent experience in Human Resources or employment services considered

Shift Details : M-F schedule 8a-4.30p or 9a-5.30p

Job Description :

Plan, design and implement an effective talent acquisition process for management, exempt and non-exempt staff.

3 years in Human Resources Department with focus on extensive interviewing experience and with demonstrated decision making responsibilities preferred.

Demonstrated knowledge of employment laws / regulations preferred
