Responsibilities
What Youll Do
Provide high-quality patient care under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist.Treat patients, address questions, and educate them on injuries, progress, and long-term wellness strategies.Supervise Techs during modalities (for all federal payers and non-BCBSM patients) and assist with setup and cleanup.Complete accurate, timely documentation for daily notes and discharges.Maintain productivity expectations (60 treatments in a 40 hour week in an outpatient ortho setting).Assist in developing and refining treatment protocols.Participate in clinic research studies.Continue to grow professionally through CEUs and approved coursework.Qualifications
What Were Looking For
