$27 / hour

Full Time - 30 hours per week

Friday-Sunday schedule

Position Summary : The Weekend Supervisor is responsible for ensuring the provision of a safe, therapeutic, and nurturing environment in the Penfield Group home. Providing support to the Child Care Workers, Supervisor of Group Home, and Director of Community Residential Programs as needed. Provide direct care coverage to the youth when needed. Effectively communicates information between units and shifts of the day's events. To be able to work efficiently with clients, families, staff, and community in contact with a diversity of backgrounds.

Responsibilities :

• Work collaboratively with Child Care Workers and House Supervisor in monitoring and assessing issues related to program functioning. i.e. : routines, resident concerns, clinical support when needed, and general issues involving staff
• Complete required reports and all documentation in a timely manner
• Provide support and responses to all requested needs by the Supervisor and Director of Community Residential Programs.
• Delegate staff as needed to areas that may need support
• Assist / Organize the transportation schedule and delegate staff for transports
• Attend (and assist as needed) in all required trainings, supervisions, and meetings as assigned as necessary
