The Shuttle Ambassador Customer Assistant provides assistance and information to shuttle passengers.
Pay rate : $22 per hour, paid weekly
Shift schedule : 1st, 2nd and 3rd shift available

Basic Qualifications :
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- No high school diploma, GED or college degree required
- No experience required and on the job training provided
Preferred Qualifications :
One (1) year of customer service or similar work experience preferredOne (1) year previous dispatch experienceOne (1) year previous hospitality experienceResponsibilities :
Act as a Welcome Ambassador for arriving passengersGreet and engage with passengers in and around the facility to offer informational assistanceCommunicate effectively with passengers regarding shuttle services availableAssist the Shuttle Passenger Assistant (aka Wheelchair Agent) with transporting passengers in wheelchairs onto shuttlesAssist with baggage as requiredMonitor and enforce carry-on baggage size requirementsCoordinate passenger lines at check-in to ensure a smooth, orderly and efficient flow of passengers during peak timesProvide assistance to passengers using kiosks to check-inReport hazards and incidents encountered in daily operationFollow safety precautions at all timesA good job for someone just entering the workforce or returning to the workforce with limited experience and education.
