Wanted : Experienced Commercial Construction Coordinator with strong organizational skills to manage multiple construction projects concurrently and meet deadlines at our Las Vegas location.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Commercial Construction Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be a key contributor in planning, coordinating, and executing special construction projects across our organization. Working closely with Construction Managers, cross-functional teams, and external partners, you will help ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.

Job Details

What You’ll Do

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and requirements
• Develop project plans including schedules, resources, and budgets
• Support project design and development, reviewing drawings, specifications, and blueprints
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution
• Track progress, monitor milestones, and adjust plans as needed
• Conduct quality checks and inspections to ensure compliance with standards
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
• Maintain clear communication with stakeholders through updates and reports
• Manage project documentation including technical reports, change orders, and compliance files
• Monitor budgets and expenditures in collaboration with finance teams
• Contribute to continuous improvement by implementing best practices and conducting post-project evaluations
