GENERAL PURPOSE : We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented B2B Marketing & Communications Manager to support the leasing, branding, and corporate communications efforts for a premier mixed-use real estate development. This individual will play a key role in shaping the public image of the project and company while directly supporting leasing and development goals through strategic marketing and communication initiatives.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to :
Marketing & Leasing Support
Work with in-house creative to draft and produce leasing collateral and marketing materials tailored to prospective commercial tenants, brokers, and business partners.Develop and maintain on-site leasing / development pieces including signage and brochures.Collaborate with leasing and development teams to refine messaging and positioning across all B2B marketing channels.Corporate Communications
Draft, edit, and distribute corporate press releases and project announcements to media, stakeholders, and partners.Maintain a consistent and professional brand voice across all written communications.Respond to inbound inquiries from potential partners, tenants, and stakeholders with tailored, brand-appropriate responses.Digital & Social Media Management
Manage the corporate social media calendar and execute posts across LinkedIn and other relevant B2B platforms.Monitor engagement and performance metrics; optimize content based on insights and best practices.Collaborate with graphic designers and external vendors to produce high-quality digital content.Partner & Stakeholder Relations
Compile comprehensive business plans, pitch decks, and presentations for current and prospective external partners.Coordinate with internal teams to gather content and data for investor or stakeholder reports.Support event marketing and corporate presentations for leasing tours, investor meetings, and industry events.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS : The following qualifications are required to successfully perform the duties of this position. Note that qualifications may vary based on department size and / or geographic location.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Real Estate, Business, or a related field.3+ years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally within commercial real estate, mixed-use development, or a related industry.Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills; ability to craft compelling narratives for a professional audience.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Experience working with cross-functional teams including leasing, design, legal, and executive leadership.Preferred Skills :
Familiarity with real estate industry language and leasing processes.Experience producing branded content for high-profile developments or corporate clients.Understanding of analytics tools to track content and campaign performance.PHYSICAL DEMANDS : The following physical demands are representative of those required to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. WORK ENVIRONMENT : The work environment includes a mix of general office settings and active construction or property sites. Extended hours may occasionally be required during critical project periods. Frequent travel to property locations is necessary for meetings and on-site project coordination.
