  • Facilitate new-hire orientations, toolbox talks, and targeted training sessions (OSHA 30, MSHA, LOTO, confined space, etc.) tailored to each project’s scope.
  • Maintain all EHS documentation (permits, inspection records, SDS, incident logs) within the company’s cloud-based safety management system.

  • Conduct thorough incident investigations, perform root-cause analysis, and validate completion of preventive actions.
  • Serve as the primary liaison during regulatory or client audits, showcasing the site’s compliance posture and continuous-improvement initiatives.
  • Provide real-time coaching that strengthens team members’ hazard-recognition skills and reinforces a “safety starts with me” mindset.
  • Collaborate with regional EHS leadership to roll out corporate programs, share best practices, and contribute to company-wide HSE KPIs.
  • Required Qualifications

  • OSHA 30 (or higher) and a Construction Site Safety Technician (CSST) or equivalent credential.
  • 3+ years of EHS experience on heavy-industrial or large commercial construction sites (pipeline, mining, energy, manufacturing, or similar).
  • Working knowledge of federal and state OSHA regulations plus the ability to interpret project-specific owner requirements.
  • Proven ability to conduct incident investigations and craft actionable corrective-action plans.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills that bridge field teams, management, and external stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and digital safety-management platforms.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to navigate ladders, scaffolds, and uneven terrain as needed.
