Our client is seeking individuals who are comfortable in an office making outbound calls to current vendors of their services. This is an exciting opportunity to join a casual, family-oriented company that values a fun work environment while achieving client goals.

As a Vendor Outreach Specialist, you will focus on conducting outbound calls to our clients' customer vendors. The purpose of these calls is to advise vendors of changes in program terms and present available options. Vendors are generally open to these discussions as they already have a pre-existing relationship with the companies involved.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to vendors and engage in discussions about program changes.
• Set and maintain high standards of performance by completing daily tasks with responsibility and accountability.
• Multitask effectively between customer calls, including logging notes and using copy / paste functions.
• Adapt quickly to technology and process changes.

Qualifications

Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to) : $18.00 - $20.00
