As part of this team you immerse yourself in data collection, draw insights from analysis, and develop compelling, synthesized recommendations. Communicate recommendations to senior-level executives, help drive implementation, and check back to see the impact of your recommendations. You will have an opportunity to directly shape the incentives and future of our business, contribute to multiple programs, develop data science skills, explore time series analysis, examine business drivers, and help build the foundational infrastructure for revenue analytics and research.

Compensation

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $166,000-$244,000 plus bonus, equity, and benefits. Salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location; individual pay is determined by location and other factors. Responsibilities

• Develop statistical hypotheses and build predictive models.
• Build and work with complex datasets. Create and maintain analytical solutions using SQL, Python or R.
• Collaborate with business teams to influence program design and explain goals and investigative methodologies.
• Translate complex analyses into actionable insights for engineering and business stakeholders.
