This is a leadership opportunity for an accomplished perioperative nurse who is passionate about driving clinical excellence, mentoring surgical teams, and ensuring the highest standards of patient care.\n\nYou'll lead a team of skilled perioperative nurses and surgical staff, oversee daily OR operations, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure quality, safety, and efficiency across the department.\n\nWhat You'll Do : \n

• Provide strategic and clinical leadership for the Operating Room nursing team.\n
• Oversee daily OR operations, staffing, and scheduling to ensure smooth workflow.\n
• Foster a culture of excellence, accountability, and compassionate patient care.\n
• Implement performance improvement initiatives and maintain regulatory compliance.\n
• Collaborate with physicians, surgical teams, and administrative leadership to ensure top-quality surgical outcomes.\n
• Manage department budgets and ensure efficient utilization of resources.\n\nWhat We Need from You : \n
• ? Education : Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (Master's Degree preferred).\n\n? Licensure : Active California RN License in good standing.\n? Certifications : \n
• BLS (AHA) – required upon hire.\n\n? Experience : \n
• Minimum 5 years of direct clinical experience in a hospital Operating Room setting.\n
