First Choice Construction is currently seeking a highly qualified and experienced Quality Control (QC) Coordinator to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional with a strong background in quality control within the construction industry or government agencies. Please note that this is not an entry-level position; we require candidates with proven experience as QC inspectors or coordinators.

The Quality Control -Coordinator will play a critical role in ensuring that all construction projects meet the highest standards of quality and compliance. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities :

• Developing, implementing, and maintaining quality control procedures and protocols to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Conducting regular inspections and audits of construction sites to identify any deviations from specifications or safety standards.
• Collaborating closely with project managers, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to address quality issues and implement corrective actions promptly.
• Preparing detailed reports on quality control activities, inspection results, and any non-conformance issues.
• Training other team members to uphold quality standards consistently across projects.
• Reviewing project plans, specifications, and contract documents to identify potential quality risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Ensuring that all materials, equipment, and workmanship meet the required quality criteria before acceptance.
• Coordinating with government agencies and third-party inspectors during quality reviews and compliance inspections.
• Staying updated on industry trends, new technologies, and regulatory changes related to construction quality control.
