Key Responsibilities :

  • Deliver engaging and effective instruction in a variety of cosmetology techniques, including hair styling, skincare, and makeup application.
  • Conduct practical sessions to ensure students gain hands-on experience.
  • Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback.
  • Create a supportive and inspiring learning environment that encourages student engagement.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices.
  • Participate in faculty training and meetings to support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure a safe and healthy learning environment compliant with industry regulations.

    • Requirements

    Qualifications :

  • Must have Current Indiana Cosmetology License.
  • Must have current Beauty of Culture Teaching License.
  • Prior experience in the cosmetology field preferred.
  • Experience in teaching or training is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and motivational skills.
  • Strong commitment to student development and success.
  • Monday through Friday 5 : 00-10 : 00pm CST

    • In support of the pay transparency laws enacted across the country, the expected salary range for this position is between $20.00 and $24.00 / hr. Actual pay will be adjusted based on job-related factors permitted by law, such as experience and training; geographic location; licensure and certifications; market factors; departmental budgets; and responsibility.
