Job Description

We’re looking for Certified Nurse Assistants who are compassionate and attentive to the unique needs of long-term care residents. In this role at Bella Sera, you’ll provide personal care and support to enhance the comfort and dignity of each individual. From assisting with daily activities to maintaining a clean and safe environment, your role is essential to ensuring our residents feel respected, cared for, and supported.

Key Responsibilities

Provide personal care such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting assistance

Record vital signs and report changes in patient condition

Maintain cleanliness of patient areas and equipment

Communicate effectively with nursing staff and residents’ families

Promote a warm, respectful, and safe care environment

Collaborative Teamwork

This role involves working closely with our team to deliver effective, patient-focused services and contribute to a supportive and collaborative work environment.

Qualifications

High school graduate or equivalent preferred

Completion of Nurse Assistant training program and current certification

Certification must be maintained throughout employment

Knowledge of medical terminology preferred

Continuing education required for certification renewal

BLS certification required and maintained thereafter

Must pass Telemetry Competency Test within 6 months and renew yearly

Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate effectively in English

Must demonstrate Service Excellence with patients, families, and coworkers
