Senior Regulatory Counsel

A company is looking for a Senior Regulatory Counsel.

Key Responsibilities

Advise cross-functional teams on healthcare regulatory issues and legal risks

Manage the FDA, DEA, and state board of pharmacy licensing processes and ensure compliance

Oversee the VAWD application, accreditation, and renewal activities

Required Qualifications

Law Degree from an accredited ABA law school

Minimum of five to eight years of experience in the legal field with supervisory experience

Industry-specific knowledge related to medical device and pharmaceutical distribution

Proven ability to draft clear and complex policies and procedures

Strong research skills and commitment to confidentiality
