Job Summary :
Pirc Tobin Construction is seeking a fulltime Estimator to organize, manage and plan complex projects. Additionally, this individual will collect and analyze information to estimate costs of services and potential jobs. On top of being a self starter with excellent organizational, time management and decision making skills,

Job Duties & Responsibilities :
Create cost structures for review and estimate the cost of new and proposed services in the assigned departments, areas or projectsAnalyze changes to the products and services providedGather accounting documentation such as financial statements and journal entriesProvide detailed reports that will include breakdowns of project costs and forecasts of remaining costsDocument data and statistical procedures used in conducting cost analysisBring any leads to estimating lead to follow up on with potential clientsAssists in preparation of the annual budget to determine standard costProject Manager duties as assigned, or as neededReports to project site on time, maintain good attendance when reporting to workOther duties as assignedExperience Requirements :
5 years of related experience requiredExcellent analytical skills and a thorough understanding of cost accounting principles & proceduresMotivated, team oriented individual with positive attitude & leadership traitsCapable of learning, listening and following directions as neededStrong communication skills, both professional and interpersonal with team members and management teamThe ability to work daily and extended hours as necessaryThe ability to work both independently and within a teamA responsible, organized and detail oriented mindsetRefined time management skills and the ability to multi-taskAdvanced critical thinking and problem-solving skillsEducation & Training Requirements
High School Diploma or GEDBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or another related field preferredMinimum of 10-hour OSHA training courseCompetent person / trench safety / confined space trainingGas powered cut-off saw trainingTraffic control technician trainingFirst Aid / CPR trainingBenefits Offered :
