McAllister Plumbing, Heating, and Cooling is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Plumbing Service Manager . The ideal candidate will oversee daily operations, ensure top-tier customer service, manage a team of technicians, and uphold company standards for safety, quality, and efficiency. This role requires strong leadership skills, technical plumbing knowledge, and the ability to drive business growth through operational excellence.

Summary :

For over 50 years, McAllister has worked diligently to meet the changing heating and air conditioning needs of homeowners and businesses in the Southtowns. Today McAllister continues to operate with the fundamentals of a family business. We provide emergency service and installations for plumbing, heating and air-conditioning equipment.

Responsibilities :

• Manage, train, and mentor a team of Plumbers.
• Consultation, estimation, follow-up, and sale of residential and commercial plumbing services
• Oversee scheduling, dispatching, and job assignments.
• Conduct performance evaluations and address performance issues as needed.
• Monitor job progress, quality control, and customer satisfaction.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for escalated customer issues or concerns.
• Assist with budgeting, cost control, and productivity targets.
• Track KPIs, prepare reports, and provide performance metrics to leadership.
• Enforce company safety policies and OSHA standards.
• Manage inventory, tools, and company vehicles.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for timely procurement of materials.

What can we offer you?

The starting base salary range for this position is $80,000 - $85,000 plus commissions and yearly bonus opportunity . This is the range of the base pay only, it does not include other components that make up the total compensation package of the position. If offered a position, your total compensation package will be determined by experience, location, skills, and / or education which may result in a total compensation package that falls outside of the provided range.
