Academic Program Coordinator, College of Arts & Sciences, Administration
Boston University's College of Arts & Sciences (CAS) seeks a professional to oversee operations and projects within the CAS Undergraduate Academic Program Office. This administrative office manages operations that support the curriculum and academic programs for a school of 8,400 undergraduates, 2,000 graduate students, 900 faculty, and 300 staff members across 35 academic departments / programs. The office partners closely with other administrative units within CAS as well as units across the University such as the Provosts office, the Registrars office, Analytical Services & Institutional Research, Information Services & Technology, the BU Hub Office, the Institute for Excellence in Teaching & Learning, Facilities Management, and more.
Responsibilities
The candidate will be self-motivated and take the initiative, following through on all projects until completion. The candidate will be comfortable working independently, but also able to work with teams of other colleagues. The candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills. This is a full-time, 12-month position. After one semester of work, consideration will be given for up to 2 days of remote work per week.
Qualifications
B.A. / B.S. and 1-3 years of experience is required for this position.
