We are looking for a results-driven Client Marketing Manager to strengthen client relationships, deliver high-impact marketing initiatives, and support strategic business growth.
Client Marketing Leadership
- Act as the primary marketing liaison for client accounts, ensuring consistent communication and measurable value.
- Develop account-based marketing (ABM) strategies to deepen engagement with key clients.
- Translate client needs and business goals into tailored marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Partner with Business Development to support renewals, expansions, and new opportunities.
Stakeholder Collaboration
Work closely with sales, client services, and operations to align marketing initiatives with client objectives.Provide marketing insights and reporting that inform business decisions.Collaborate with global marketing to ensure consistent brand positioning and messaging across regions.Content & Communications
Create and oversee client-specific assets including case studies, success stories, presentations, and reports.Support the proposal process with tailored marketing materials that showcase Testronic’s value proposition.Ensure communications are clear, compelling, and client-focused.Campaigns & Programs
Design and implement multi-channel campaigns aimed at enhancing client engagement and satisfaction.Track and measure marketing effectiveness, reporting ROI and key outcomes.Monitor industry trends and competitor positioning to inform client marketing strategies.Requirements
Profile – Essential Experience & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.5+ years of B2B marketing, client services, or account management experience (video games, tech, or digital media preferred).Proven success in account-based marketing, client engagement, or proposal support.Strong ability to translate complex services into compelling client-ready messaging.Skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills with client-facing experience.Strong organizational skills; able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Familiarity with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot) and marketing automation tools.Analytical mindset with experience in campaign measurement and reporting.Attitude, Values & Personality
