Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary HR strategic partner to commercial leadership, supporting business growth and sales performance
Provide expert guidance on talent planning, succession strategies, and workforce optimization
Lead and support organizational change efforts and drive culture initiatives within the commercial teams
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's or master's degree in human resources, MBA, or related discipline
Minimum of 8 years of progressive HR experience in a strategic HRBP role
Experience supporting sales and commercial leadership teams, preferably in energy efficiency or SaaS environments
Deep understanding of sales compensation structures and performance frameworks
Demonstrated success in supporting organizations through rapid growth or transformation
